What Is Talent Development_.jpeg

I believe strongly in the power of collaboration and my experience has in many ways prepared me for the collaborative relationships that I desire to build as an LTI. I have a deep desire to grow professionally and partner with others to that end. As a teacher I seek to help students identify and achieve their goals as learners; as an LTI I hope to learn and grow in my ability to co-develop tech-infused learning experiences with teachers to impact their students’ learning and growth. I am convinced that being reflective is essential to high quality instruction and I believe that my ability to foster reflective conversations will enable me to contribute to the success of teachers and their students.
